He was born in 1966 in Sulaimani, Halabja. In 1989 he received the Mosul University Award for his short story Al-Sharara in Arabic. In 1993 he received the Sulaimani University Award for his short story Utopia of Laughter in Kurdish He publishes articles, translations and research. He graduated from the first course and the first group of Kurdistan to receive a diploma in media. From 2002 to 2022, he was the editor-in-chief of PUKMedia website. He is currently the secretary of the Sulaimani branch of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists and the supervisor of Kurdsat News.
