The voice of a woman in any society is not just the voice of an individual; There will be the voices of women who have not had the opportunity to speak for years. Women are an important part of the social structure in every society and have participated in education, work, education, politics, culture and various areas of life and have been able to be the basis of great change. When a woman writes about her experience, she may encourage a female student who has dreams of studying and succeeding; When a female teacher says a word of hope to a student, it may linger in his memory for years and lead to great success; And when one woman speaks up boldly about her rights and freedoms, other women may learn that their voice matters and should not be lost in their own silence. Therefore, women's voices must not only be heard, but also respected and their participation in decision-making and the future of society must be valued. Because a woman who brings her voice back doesn't just open the way for herself; He also opens the way for those who come after him. His voice can start in a home, reach a school, be published in a magazine and create new thinking in a community. The true power of a woman’s voice: is that words transcend the boundaries of speech and become actions, actions become thoughts, and thoughts ultimately become change. This sound is like the light of a candle in the dark; It may start in a small corner, but it has the potential to light the way for thousands more. When we open the way for women's voices, we are actually opening the door to a more just and peaceful future for all.
